Rohi Mirza Pandya

Rohi is an award-winning Pakistani-Filipina creative producer in film, television and theater for 20 years. She is a co-founder of Box Office Guru Media, a multicultural marketing agency whose clients are major Hollywood and Bollywood studios; creating 400+ strategic marketing campaigns which include event producing film and theater premieres. Rohi proudly serves on the Brooklyn Children's Theater Board of Directors, utilizing her Diversity, Equity & Inclusion certification to help shape their Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. Rohi is also a not-so-secret Rafa Nadal Superfan.

Jitin Hingorani

Jitin is the founder & festivals director of the NYC & DFW South Asian Film Festivals; the latter was awarded “Most Innovative Small Business in Texas" by Governor Greg Abbott. He also runs his own PR & marketing company, Jingo Media, which focuses on film, arts, entertainment & fashion. Jitin studied Broadcast Journalism & English at UT Austin and has been the Bollywood entertainment reporter for Asian Variety Show and weekend anchor for News 8 Austin; in his journalism career, he has interviewed hundreds of celebrities around the world. Fun fact: Jitin is obsessed with British crime dramas.

Kirtana Banskota

Kirtana is an award-winning Nepali-American Producer, Director, and Actor who has offices in Austin, TX and Nepal. She Chairs the Board of Women in Film and Television and is the co-founder of Nepal America Film Society and the Nepal America International Film Festival. She is the Founder and CEO of Banskota Productions which produces narratives and documentaries of unheard stories from across the globe. Her recent climb to Everest Base Camp reignited her childhood passion for the region and brought awareness to social impact climate change, leading to her new docuseries - Planet Possible.

Monika Samtani

Monika is a producer, director, and founder of Ms. Media, an award-winning production and publicity firm, and has worked on multiple Oscar-qualified films. Monika is well-known as a trailblazer as the first professional South Asian female tv broadcaster at WUSA9, the CBS news station in Washington, DC. She is a 2022 SXSW Conference Speaker; TEDx speaker; Co-founder, The Fem Word online magazine; Contributing Author, Non-Obvious Beyond Diversity; and co-producer of 'Power of Priya', India's first female animated superhero named UN Women's 'gender equality champion'. In the 80s, Monika was crowned Miss India DC at age 16 with her winning speech on embracing color.
